A facilitator can have a number of roles which will benefit the business or organisation as the facilitator takes a neutral stance.

Facilitators generate energy and positivity and have the ability to turn negativity into possibilities.
They can take responsibility for working to deadlines and keeping the group on track.
The facilitator can also design activities which align with the outcome or goal of the session.
They generate open discussions, set the scene and offer key questions.
